SDS Injector Relay mounting Plate

I wanted a neat place to mount the SDS Injector relays, so drew up a plate in OnShape which was lasercut from 2mm thick 5052 Aluminium in China. The plate is designed to sit above the SDS ECU mounting box using long bolts and some fuel tube standoffs, and gives a nice location for the SDS Injector Relay boxes to mount.

 

The ECU will be mounted to the right hand side Avionics shelf. 

I decided that 4 nutplates per relay box was excessive - so just used 2.
