While working on the aft panel parts, I pulled out the aft tunnel cover plate and realised that the hole in it was a different size to the FS2020 Duplex Fuel valve cover plate! You would have thought all the Andair valves would have the same size cover plate - but alas, no!
This meant i needed to increase the size of the hole in the cover plate:

Once the hole was increased, i realised that the spot for the 2 screws on each side was not going to work. It was too close to the fuel valve plate - and i did not want to cut the beautiful (and expensive) cover plate. The solution was to just remove the underlying nutplates, and use a AD4 rivet to fill the holes.
