I started out chapter 21 with the building of the flap cradles.
I cut some pine to size, then traced the rib onto the wood. I was thinking about the best way to cut the small curves out of the timber when i had a good idea...

My dad printed them for me on his 3D printer out of PLA. I made sure they were sitting flush on my bench and screwed them to a piece of 2x4" pine.
Viola! Flap cradles.
