The oil cooler was simple to mount - i had previously built the oil cooler duct shroud.
The SCAT hose needs to be modified at the ends by removing some of the internal wire. This allows the clamps to be clamping down on only the fabric part of the duct. The wire is cut to the desired length, then bent in such a way that it sits against the remaining wire in the duct. The tail of the wire is bent slightly inwards so it does not puncture the duct.
A bead of RTV is run the length of the duct to retain the string on the outside - if you don't do this, the string is pretty fragile and will just wind off.
